I had the same experience and are utterly P***** off. The system
seems to be working on the Exeter allotment, but buying their
tickets doesn't seem right.

In fairness, if they'd wanted them (been able to accommodate the
journey etc.) then those too would have sold out almost
immediately, like the Quins allocation.

For what its worth my email to Quins;
We have been season tickets holders for many years now. We had
the privilege of being at the final in 2012. I remember that the
ticketing process enabled a fair and efficient system where
everyone had a chance of getting tickets.
Today we were in via the link as soon as the email arrived, in
the queue and onto the ticketing site and thats where things
started to go badly wrong. We were unable to click on supposedly
available seats, the site kept freezing and then deselecting
seats for no reason and on the only occasion we did manage to
select two seats, they suddenly disappeared.
As a consequence we have ended up with none in our group ( we
were all in separately and all experiencing exactly the same
issues).
We appreciate current restrictions on numbers however to say I
am angry at this appalling system is an understatement. I
realise Quins do not run the ticketing system for Twickenham
Stadium or even have a choice regarding whether to use it but I
hope that, on behalf of the many fans who just wanted to be able
to proudly support the team on Saturday, you will be challenging
the RFU regarding their utterly useless booking platform.
Perhaps you should look to opening up the ground and utilising
the two screens so that more fans can be a our HQ to shout the
boys onto victory,

I think the likelihood of Quins opening the Stoop is very small.
They would need to get the go-ahead from the Met & Richmond
Council, which I would guess that neither would be willing to
give for an unplanned event that happens at the same time as an
event at HQ (yes I know it's the "same" event but they would be
classed as two discrete events).

I'm pretty sure Harlequins have already said they won't be
opening the Stoop. Shame because I'd love to recreate a socially
distanced version of that team walk from the Stoop to the
ground!

same experience took about 40 attempts to get something, got the
two tickets but 20 minutes of it not allowing me to select the
second seat. Why not select both seats when you click on one of
them if they have to be sold in pairs for gods sake. Now find
you have to have separate smart phones for all attendees, my
second ticket is for an 85 year old who doesn't own a smart
phone so how does that work then? and yes I've emailed the rfu
to ask before I get a very helpful suggestion.

Pretty poor that it wasn't a unique url for each user and just
as poor you could guess the url for the Exeter allocation.
Hey ho never mind.
