I had to plug the mouse from my work laptop to my home one to
click on tickets

Similar experiences. I had 5 in my basket then couldn’t move on
to purchase. Eventually lost the lot so didn’t get any

Spent 30 mins sat in Liverpool Street Station waiting for the
link then a 10 minute period getting angry with the page on my
phone, it certainly wasn't easy to select 2 seats. Might
encourage me to get one of those Samsung phones with the pen.

If you do manage to buy tickets, you get a confirmation email
within a couple of minutes and if you are registered on the app
they arrive in it within an hour. I have got mine and
transferred it to Mrs Poorfour

Well not really they are coming from Exeter train home is awful
just 1 and timings are very tight plus the cost and driving is
not for everyone and no club buses due to Covid19
