I had to use very fine mouse control to get the cursor to change
when hovering over a seat. It's certainly far from ideal. Then I
was selecting seat which weren't showing up in the basket.

Yes my daughter still has no link luckily there were 8 of us on
the job so we got all we needed in 2 groups

Same here^
It's almost as though unless you're a Debenture holder or very
expensive season ticket holder you won't get the link! (I didn't
get the email for the semis and had to call/beg Bristol's ticket
office to get one)
Anyone who got the magic link want to be a legend and share it?

The system is totally useless, I can't believe anyone managed to
get tickets, frankly.

Was in and only 1s and 2s left but going before I could even get
the second of a pair ticked. At one point I had 4 in my basket
in two groups but then I had to password reset and lost them -
needed 3 or 4 really - cant disappoint one of my kids! Hey ho -
anyone know if they go on general sale at all?

Try a different browser or change the zoom value?

I don't think it "locks" seats you choose, so if someone else is
quicker to them, you don't get them

Same, had 3 in my basket, but was my first time in the app so
seemingly resetting my password was the only way in to my
account. (Even though I dont remember giving a password to set
up the account), then when it let me back in my basket was empty
and that was that.
Crazily bad

Likewise, very frustrating to being able to select seat then
that error message arrives and dashes your hopes! In front of
the TV then!
