Is there confidence with the Twickenham Stadium App

I have taken the precaution of checking the suitability of the
app required for tickets next week, and it looks distinctly
unsettling. The reviews average at 1.5 *. Does anyone have
experience or advice?

There was an issue with the app for the European finals. They
may well have updated/fixed it since.
You probably will have no choice but to use it anyway.

We had tickets for the final before they were revoked, had no
trouble with using the app and the tickets were downloaded with
no issues.

Do you mean downloaded to the App or does it give the
opportunity to download a paper ticket?

The issue at the European finals was that although the ticket
had downloaded, the QR code was available and worked to let
people in tge ground for some people the seat numbers
disappeared at some point after people entered the ground.
So to be on the safe side if you are lucky enough to get a
ticket keep hold of the email confirming seating block and seat
numbers

I went to the European final using the app. I experienced the
missing seat number issue. Also, some info was wrong and not
updated on the app. The app said which gate to enter, but that
took me to a hopelessly long queue, only to find out from a
steward after 40 mins that we could enter through any gate! That
caused a lot of us to miss the start of the game.

I want to check my understanding: this app is only used for
getting into the venue, and not for buying tickets?
Just want to make absolutely sure I'm not caught out in the
morning.

Correct.
The england ticketing website should be used for buying tickets
(link being sent tomorrow) and then the app will hold the
tickets if you’re successful.
