Great decision by Harlequins to go with Ticketmaster. Maybe for
the final they had no choice, but it doesn't bode well for the
future.

I got through in the queue, then couldn't find enough tickets in
one block, clicked back to check selection in another block, and
got kicked back into queue. Thankfully I got there in the end
and managed to get tickets for our group, albeit in 3 lots of 2

not that I'm condoning or promoting this activity but the Chiefs
allocation still has availability. Not too hard to work out how
to get to it if you look at the Quins link sent

Got email at 10.02, 1600 ahead, 15 minute wait, registered, then
did the loop with Return to Ticket page about 10 times, then
re-clicked on the first email link, got some availability,
clicked on seat after seat to be told there was a problem with
confirming these seats, then got two confirmed, went to basket,
not there, went back again, very few seats left, none of which
were available......gave up at 10.37.
Aaaaaaarrrrrrgh!
If the 2,500 have half as much fun as the 500 had, then you'll
have a great day. Enjoy and best wishes.

We were at the front of the queue and it just wouldn’t let us
add to basket, even with a laptop it wasn’t working. Wife’s in
tears still trying but it looks like they’ve all gone. Can’t
afford the corporate. After being told last week that dad had
days to live the rugby was keeping me sane but this has just
been too much. Will calm down eventually but am shaking with
anger at the moment.

Yeah, the same applied for the Bristol match. I briefly thought
about buying one for my BIL, seeing as we were staying at his
place in Bristol, but in the end decided it wouldn't be fair on
other Quins ST holders, so only bought for me and my son. It
seemed as though pretty much everyone around us in Bris had done
the same, so hopefully it will carry through to the final too.
