Just spent a nerve-shredding 20 minutes trying to get the effing
Ticketmaster site to work. That was more stressful than anything
in the semi-final.
Eventually managed to grab a pair for me and Mrs Poorfour but it
was a real fight. I don’t think they’ve implemented adequate
locks on the seats, or a sensible seat selection process. You
had to pick pairs of seats together unless you were going for
one of the rare singles, and by the time you’d added the second
one someone else would usually be competing for the same
tickets. I just had to keep trying over and over again until I
got lucky.
I really feel for anyone who went through that and didn’t manage
to get one.

Finally received an email! Managed to get x2 tickets in L9 after
clicking and failing everywhere!

Totally and utterly useless system. Every time I clicked on the
second seat in a group it told me it couldn't be processed.
Wasted half an hour continuously trying different seat
combinations.

Happened to me on my first set of seats. Was OK the second. Sod
what they told you, buy two seats individually (next to each
other)

I know its 'only' a rugby game but, what a stupid system! No way
to buy three tickets together, or for that matter any singles
they showed as available!
I did get two so compared to others I seem to be pretty lucky
BUT its going to really spoil what should have been a really
needed great day out for the family so one of us (either me of
Wife)has to miss out as my son has been bouncing since Saturday
with the prospect of a final, in what has been pretty awful
times for many, many people.

Have given up. Just can’t work on an iPad or phone. My wife is
still trying but it is beyond exasperating. Doesn’t allow easy
choices of seats doesn’t want to add to basket etc etc etc.
