I am sure that I read somewhere that supporters would need to
show proof of a negative co-vid test carried out on the morning
of the match prior to entry to the ground although I cannot
find reference to it anywhere at the moment. Might be worth
getting a lateral flow test prior to buying tickets if they
become available.

FAQS FOR HARLEQUINS FAN TICKETS TO THE CLUB'S GALLAGHER
PREMIERSHIP SEMI-FINAL AWAY TO BRISTOL BEARS
Bristol Bears have confirmed that a total of 6,606 supporters
will be able to attend our Gallagher Premiership Semi-Final on
Saturday, June 19th (13:30 KO). 500 tickets have been made
available to Harlequins.
If you are looking to attend at Ashton Gate, please read the
following Ticketing FAQ’s.
Please note that Bristol Bears Ticketing Team are leading all
elements of the ticketing plan. Supporters should not contact
the Harlequins Ticketing Team with any match ticket related
queries as these will all be handled by Bristol Bears.
Purchasing Tickets
Who can buy tickets? When can I purchase tickets?
Due to the limited number of tickets available and the
anticipated high level of demand, Harlequins will prioritise
access to buy tickets to 2020/21 Season Ticket Members &
Debenture Members, plus QUINSSA, our Official Supporters
Association. Harlequins will contact these supporters via email
this afternoon (Tuesday 15th June) at 4pm with a unique access
link to the Bristol ticketing website. They will be available to
purchase on a first come, first served basis.
If any tickets remain, Harlequins will promote this to all
supporters on our website and social media tomorrow morning
(9am, Wednesday 16th June).
How many tickets can I purchase?
There is no maximum number of tickets set by Bristol Ticketing
for this match.
Are there seating restrictions in place?
Yes, socially distanced seating pods will be available in single
seats and pods of 2, 3 and 4 seats.
A seating pod must be purchased in its entirety. It is not
possible to partially purchase a seating pod. For example, when
selecting a seat within a pod of 4 seats, all 4 seats will be
added to your basket and must be purchased. It is not possible
to purchase just 1, 2 or 3 seats from this pod.
Disabled Supporters
I am looking to purchase a disabled ticket, how do I do this?
Supporters who are either a wheelchair user or ambulant
disabled, will be able to purchase their tickets and claim a
carer’s ticket over the phone (0117 963 0600)
Ashton Gate
What stands are in use?
The Dolman Stand, Atyeo Stand, South Stand and Lansdown Stand
Lower and Lansdown Stand Upper are all in use for this fixture.
All Harlequins seats will be in blocks W7-W9 in the Lansdown
Stand.
Will I need to arrive at a specific time?
To ensure that social distancing measures remain in place,
supporters will be asked to arrive at Ashton Gate during
specific time slots based on where your tickets are situated.
The following arrival times are in place:
Lansdown Stand:
12:00 – 12:45: Upper Lansdown (Blocks W1-W9)
Your arrival time will be displayed on your ticket.
Which entry point do I need use when I arrive at the stadium?
Lansdown Stand ticket holders will need to use entrances via
Marina Dolman Way or Winterstoke Road.
Will I be able to purchase food and drink at the stadium?
Supporters will be able to purchase food and drink at the
stadium and take this to their seats.
To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, supporters
are asked not to gather or wait in the concourses.
COVID Rules
Will I need to wear a face mask?
All supporters will be required to wear a face mask at all times
when at Ashton Gate, including whilst in their seats and in the
concourses. Face masks can temporarily be removed when consuming
food or drink, or when smoking or vaping.
Will I be required to do a COVID-19 rapid lateral flow test?
All supporters are urged to do a rapid lateral flow test if they
are able to do so. The test must be done on the morning of the
matchday. Tests are free and give a result within 30 minutes.
Tests can be collected from a pharmacy or can be ordered online
by clicking here.
What do I do if my COVID-19 rapid lateral flow test is positive?
If your test is positive, supporters must not attend the
fixture.
Upon obtaining the positive result on the morning of the
matchday, please contact Supporter Services (0117 963 0600) who
will be able to advise of next steps with regards to your
ticket(s).

away Quins match ever! :D

Jeeeez that sold out quick, managed to just get two tickets but
I think it sold out within 5 minutes by the looks of it!

That nearly gave me a bloody heart attach when that bounced up!!
:D I thought I'd clicked the wrong link, or that it would steal
the tickets out from under me or whatever!
