The squad needs a reserve 10 - probably Edwards rather than
Herron or Lang, unless we have Lang on the bench as 10/centre
       cover.
I’d be inclined to agree with Quinton at the moment:
       Care
       Smith
       Earle / Morris / Murley
       Tapuai
       Northmore
       Marchant
       Green
       Then on the bench
       Steele
       Lang
Whichever winger is fit and not picked

       This guy knows.
We need as close as possible to 160 mins from the starting props
       during the playoffs I fear.

Looks alright, wasn't able to watch the sale match so I dont
know how the team shapes up.

So with Rodney's excellent point above about the front row,
should we be resting all 3 again this weekend or let them play
50 mins and drag them off, or be subs and come on for the last
       30?
       Now it's getting tense!!!

Well, our semi is on the horizon! ("Matron!")
I expect the starting team on Saturday (which was excellent, I
think) to be the line up for Briz this weekend. I also think the
bench will be as it was at the weekend. However, the possible
talking points generally come in relation to injured players
returning to full fitness and taking a starting berth.
Cadan Murley in for Morris or Lynagh? I expect him to stay on
       the bench.
       James Chisholm for Lawday? Likewise.
Stephan Lewies in for Lamb? I think he might not be fit in time.
If he is, Lamb could take Tizard's spot on the bench.
Steele for Landajo? Don't mind, I think Landajo will keep his
       shirt.
Northmore for Tapuai? I think Ben has been playing very well and
will keep his shirt too. High quality battle between those two!
Most of the people coming in would be considered closer to the
first XV than the player they would replace. We are obviously
missing Brown, Esterhuizen and Evans - all of whom have been
exceptional - however, we have a fighting chance of winning
this one and getting André back for the final!
Personally, I would be really pleased if Lewies, Chis and Murley
are able to start, if they are fit enough. Fingers crossed!

The worry for me is that we fixate too much on what Brizz bring,
rather than focusing on what we're good at. Yes, we are suspect
in defence in open play and we still blow hot and cold on maul
defence in our own 22 but we just need to focus on what we do
well and let them worry about us outscoring them.
I've spent an exhausting amount of time this afternoon looking
at the tries we've scored in the last 6 weeks and asked the
question, would we still score them against a Bristol or Exeter
etc and the answer is yes because the quality and support play
       has been so good.
We've nothing to lose and don't need to choke. If we lose 54-52
then so be it but don't be left wanting because we were
over-thinking what Radrada can do to us.

Did anyone else notice Wilco looked uncomfortable walking after
the match on Saturday? I hope I'm wrong and that he just walks
       like that normally!

Tapuai has to start - we were so much better with him on the
pitch. I know he's leaving but absent Andre and with Lasike not
       fit, he's the best 12 we've got.
Lewies should start if fully fit.
Other than that, I'd be quite happy for the team that started
against Newcastle to start the semi final.
In terms of tactics, Quins need to play their game, but ensure
that line speed and in particular kick chases are consistent
throughout the game. Bristol thrive on broken play, and the more
structure Quins can bring without the ball, the harder they will
       find it.
It looks like there's a moderate chance of rain on Saturday, and
I think that will suit Quins. If the ball is slippery there will
be scrums, and I think (assuming Marler and Wilco are both fit)
we have a potential edge there.
One final thought: I wonder if against Bristol specifically,
Kenningham might be an improvement over Evans? He's not as
proficient at the breakdown, but Bristol prefer to keep the ball
alive, and J Hinge-Knack Man's relentless pace might work well
       in closing them down.

Rather than the opposition, the referee is the big decider on
whether it's a Kenningham or Evans game. Sadly, we don't find
out which one until the game's started.

I expect the same starting 15 from the weekend, except with
Lewies in for Lamb. Would be great to see Chis start but would
be surprised given his lack of minutes.
Presumably we'll see a couple of changes on the bench. Be
interesting to see who they go with for fly half cover. Lang
       hopefully.
Is Els anywhere near fit or are we stuck with SGB?
