Positives are the players you’d expect to have looked sharp with
Green, Lynagh, Landajo, lewies, Wallace, Dino, Baldwin since
coming on, tapuai too I think this actually could be really
valuable for our run in. Fringe players in the 1st XV who could
be needed have shown up. I don’t think we’ve actually played too
badly individually, we’ve unfortunately been on the end of a
dodgy Barnes display at points

No it’s not down to Barnes it’s down to us not being good enough
in any part of the game today. Blaming the ref is a cop out.

No blame on the boys.
Given a impossible task and dealt with a great sale team backed
by the 16th and 17th man in Wayne and the TMO.
Good showing from Wallace , Herron (who would of thought) and
others.

I just wish I could tune into a game and understand what
motivates the ref on the day. Time for BT Sport to interview
the ref to find out what his plans for the game are, the same
way they talk to the teams and coaches.

Totally agree. We were clearly saving our first choice players.
Sale we’re playing most of these. It was a mismatch and the
score line reflected that. No reason that should affect our
morale.

Having one player who is not up to standard is difficult. The
more you have the issue is multiplied. there's a reason not many
of these players are starting every week. You can have the odd
passage of individual quality, but it's a team game.

Really weird from Barnes tonight he wasn’t consistent at
all...almost like he bought into all the hype from BT towards
Sale.
Or maybe he was distracted thinking about his next media
appearance rather than his day job.

Ah now I see the plan, Sale can come 2nd and beat Ex at home, we
beat Brizz and thrash Sale at HQ. Sorted.
