I don’t think you are reading the graph correctly - cases kept
increasing until 20 April in first lockdown - 3or 4 weeks after
it’s initiation. Even the Govt admit the testing at that time
was wholly inadequate and they missed thousands of cases.
To others: Not sure how this is “binary”...

OK - we're at the usual stopping point. More heat than light
discussion by a few, and the rest of us taking the Mick 'cos
we're bored with the discussion.
So take this to the other board if you wish to continue
discussing political alignment, the performance of the
government, covid, brexit.
