Unfortunately hindsight and trying things a different way can’t
be done so we will never know how things would have turned out
by doing things a different way. Many of the experts have
opposing views so which one do you go by.
I’m not sure who is the more stupid, Slade for airing his
opinions or the paper for publishing them. In the interests of
the vast majority the paper could have just not publicised those
bits of the interview.

I can't let your assertions go unchallenged, infections were
already declining before the start of lockdown 1 and 2 and 3...
You're just an anti Tory. Same old story from you.
If Borris farted rainbows and shat unicorns you'd still disagree
with everything he said or did.

As for your comment on lockdowns and diminishing cases:-

beginning of lockdown
Second lockdown: 5/11/20 - 2/12/20 - cases increasing at
beginning of lockdown
Third lockdown: 6/1/21 - end March 21 - cases increasing at
beginning of lockdown

Cases reported increasing, yes, but certainly for the first
lockdown, infections were decreasing. Don't forget there's a
7-10 day gestation period before symptoms manifest...
