You say use of masks equals no flu transmission, does this mean
lockdowns and social distancing are irrelevant? I suspect not.
So are there any studies showing how effective masks have been?

Don’t forget how much more transmissible covid is over flu and
other upper respiratory viruses.
Yes masks reduce transmission, not sure that I’ve seen any
papers.
Certainly anecdotally we have been seeing no minor upper
respiratory infections. Either there are none around or those
that are around aren’t generating footfall.

There have actually been hundreds of cases around the world
today of people going to get their jabs but leaving before their
turn. When interviewed, they all said 'i was waiting to get my
jab, and was really looking forward to it, but then I read on my
phone that some bit part international in a minority sport has
said he's not going to get it. The only option was to leave the
waiting room.'

this again. What standing do you think rugby players have? Which
adult in the country is going to base their decision on whether
to get the jab on Henry Slade's opinion?

I think the issue is more that this sort of statement (the
original one) can be taken and used out of context by those who
are spreading misinformation and conspiracy theories online to
bolster their carp.
Personally, having had my second jab at the start of the week,
I'm *still* waiting for my 5G signal to improve...

I intend to get the jab but haven't got around to it yet, but
rather ominously Microsoft Outlook stopped working for me the
other day.

Not shouted at people in the street but I have told multiple
people in shops to put their masks on including an OAP who took
exception and told me he was going to make a phone call.
I stand by vaccinations and like I said I wasn't looking for an
argument just interested in the views so I don't know why you
posted your barb and petty comments!?!
