Can we finally put to bed the 'Wallace on the Wing' cr*p ? It
was clearly a tactic imposed by the coaches at the time rather
than Luke being either Lazy or acting on a whim. Luke was a
great player for Quins in his prime and a turnover specialist.
Will Evans has taken that skill to another level this season,
but with some uncertainty about when he will be available to
return, it's an astute move to recall Luke to a familiar Quins
set-up where he'll quickly assimilate. He's not shone for Tigers
this season, but give the guy some credit for working his way
back from potential career-ending injury to ND1 Coventry to
Tigers reserve before coming home. A 1-year deal is good
business for both parties and could prove to be great business.

Very well put actually. As I said earlier he's very welcome to
come back & prove me wrong, I'll take that!

Mark Lambert and was a very active team/squad member in relation
to the charities and foundations that the club support, he even
went on a number of not very well documented trips to the areas
we supported and became very involved, just talking to him about
them,you could feel his passion.

events, all of his involvement was very clearly not for show, it
meant something to him and he absolutely loved being involved.

teach the new guys that being a pro isn't just about turning up
on Saturday and can encourage their development and growth in
this particular sphere, Mr Lambert has left a hole which no
specific player has really filled (mind you, Mark was excellent
so very hard to do), Luke used to bleed QUINS - even if he only
plays a hand full of games, his presence is going to be so much
more effective than that of a stranger bought in on a short term
contract..........great bloke, good player who always had time
for people and wears his heart on his sleeve........... I say,
welcome back!!

Totally agree. This really counts for something IMO.
My first comment in this thread about him scoring on the wing to
win us the Premiership final was obviously tongue in cheek, but
I’d actually love it if that happened. It would be such a great
(and amusing) rebuttal of the naysayers.

He’s Championship or A league material and that’s being
generous.

He was a very good pkayer at his best, his injuries had taken
there toll and he was less effective in his last be season or 2
for Quinds. Hopefully he's back to his best 🤞
