He's a long way from the player he was at his best but given
he's essentially cover for Evans and Kenningham that seems fine
to me. We can't play Kenningham in every game at his age and a
specialist 7 who's familiar with the club is no bad thing.
Wouldn't be happy with him starting too many matches, but I
       doubt that's the plan.

IIRC, he picked up a couple of injuries, but I thought he was
really just getting back to his best when Gustard dumped him.
I'm delighted to see him back!!! ;D
And who knows... Maybe a return this time next year for MB??
       :D

Had a pretty horrific injury pre-season against LI a few seasons
back and was never the same player afterwards.
I am sure that his hanging around on the wing was something that
       he was told to do.

Sorry meant to be agree ! I would love the original Luke back
before his and his brother’s injuries but not the one for the
       last season +

back, he was approaching the twilight of his playing career, and
to my mind, had lost a lot of pace compared to when he left us.
Even so, I have good memories of Will Greenwood in his heyday.

Greenwood came back to Quins in 2000 aged 26, 3 years before he
won the World Cup, 1 year before he toured with the Lions in
Australia & 5 before he toured again in 2005. A bit harsh to say
       the twilight of his career!

Was'nt a fan of his when he was here before. I think he is a
lazy seven, & hardly ever seems to be where he should be,
contesting rucks & turnovers & putting in game winning
performances. Miles away from Will Evans class. A very mediocre
player & I'm surprised to read of this. Still, I suppose he can
be a squad filler & if he does play he can prove me wrong!

How much did you see of him pre-injury? He was very nearly Will
Evans class for a while there, one of the best breakdown
operators in the league for some time. Very influential,
brilliant over the ball, controlled rucks really well and very
       smart.
After his injury I felt he was a bit gunshy and started missing
a lot of tackles / getting blown off the ball, which is
       difficult to work with.

I recall Wallace as a strong leader. Didn’t he captain the team
       that won the LV Cup?
