Marquee Players across the Prem?

I thought I would start this thread to try and gauge who people
think the Marquee signings across the premiership are? Would be
keen to know who this. On first glance I assumed this..
Bath: Priestland and Faletau (soon to be Cipriani for
Priestland)
Bristol: Radradra and Piutau
Exeter: Hogg and Gray (possibly Nowell or Slade instead of Gray)
Gloucester: No clue ???
Harlequins: Esterhuizen and ???
Leicester: Ford and Nadolo
London Irish: No clue ???
Newcastle: No clue ???
Northampton: Biggar and ???
Sale: Lood de Jagar and Faf de Klerk
Wasps: Fekitoa and Sopoaga
Worcester: No clue ???
Saracens: Where to even start with them

Would guess either Simmons or Coleman would be at least one of
London Irish’s marquee players- potentially Naholo

Can’t be Ford at Leicester - you can’t make a marquee player
from someone signed from another Prem club (until they sign new
contract after a couple of years)

I'd have thought that Smith would be our second one - or our
only one if it's jumped down to one already

Under the old rules (I think still in place for this season) one
of the Marquee players had to be signed from abroad.

No, they just couldn't be signed from another premiership club
(to prevent poaching). Your marquee player could be an overseas
signing, but it could also be someone already at the club.

That’s not correct - either signed from outside the prem or the
same as the season before

2020/21 Regulations (21/22 are substantially the same):
3.26. A Club can only nominate a Player to be an Excluded Player
who:
3.26.1. has been a Player of that Club for at least two full
Salary Cap Years prior to the Salary Cap Year in which they are
nominated to be an Excluded Player;
3.26.2. has not been a Player of any Club during the previous
Salary Cap Year;
3.26.3. has been a Player of another Club during the previous
two Salary Cap Years, but only as a replacement for an Injured
Player on no more than one occasion; or
3.26.4. was a Player for the Club in the previous Salary Cap
Year, but did not play for any other Club for at least one
complete Salary Cap Year prior to that.

3.25. Subject to meeting the criteria set out in Regulation
3.26, a Club is entitled to nominate up to two Players to be
excluded Players (“Excluded Players”).
3.29. A Club is not entitled to know the identity of the
Excluded Players of other Clubs.
The number of marquee players, whose salary is not counted
towards the salary cap, will also be reduced from two to one for
the 2022-23 season
