Oh and for matchday experience:
The Quins Shop next to Gate 1 will be open, with up to 80%
discounts available on stock. Maximum 20 people in the store at
any time to minimise queues.
The Quinformation Trailer in the South West Corner will also be
open where you can purchase smaller items such as Quins face
masks. You can also collect unclaimed Quins Rewards items from
the trailer, however we will be unable to answer other customer
queries to limit the build-up of queues. Please email
customerservice@quins.co.uk instead if you have any questions.
There are no matchday programmes on sale – the programme is
free, digital and will be sent to all supporters subscribed via
the link at the bottom of the Harlequins website found here.
The usual bars and outdoor seating areas are all unavailable
e.g. Debenture Lounge, Robshaw Bar (formerly Kings Bar), Honours
Bar, SW Corner seating areas – please accept our approach to
ensure the safe delivery of this initial pilot event,
prioritising safety and social distancing.
There will be limited matchday fan entertainment at The Stoop
and we will focus all activity on the big screens and tanoy so
that you do not need to leave your seat. Due to safety
priorities, we will not have mascots or buskers for example to
avoid crowds.
The stadium will be cashless so please remember to bring a
credit or debit card. A reminder to Season Ticket Members, you
can now spend using your Harlequins Membership card to earn
Quins Rewards points, so long as you’ve activated it for payment
and topped it up with cash. You can do so, as well as checking
your PIN, by clicking on the ‘Payment’ tab through the Fanza
Sport App using your smartphone or tablet. (T&Cs apply).

seat serve is only available in the east stand it has just been
confirmed in an email, hoping the other concessions will be
there then.

Would think that with just over 4K in ground and one stand
booking via apt, shouldn’t be too much drama getting a beverage
But does anyone know if Quins head is open?

last time you could only book at set times for in seat delivery,
once the slot was selected by someone it was closed to others,
the longer you leave to book the further down the queue you get
and less options, assume its the same this time, so booking
early would be advisable if still the case.

Fair enough. So there is seatserve in the east stand but nowhere
else, and nobody knows if the other bars/eateries are open?

Check the video in the earlier post at 1m55s. "For those of you
not in the DHL stand, the food & drinks concessions will be open
behind the South Stand."
