Sounds reasonable.

The App now has the DHL stand sections and all the boxes listed,
but none of the other stands as yet.

At HQ you could buy from the vendors but could only consume
food/drink at your seat.

Is the club not in danger of making this more difficult than it
needs to be? After all I can now go to the pub and sit indoors
and drink with mates. I think just being sensible with queuing
at distance then take the food and drink to your seats is
adequate.

I don't think the club have any choice. People still need to
order, eat and drink while seated, where alcohol is served.

Yes, you can go to the pub with your mates, but still has to be
table service at all times.

Oh yes you make a fair point, I can only blame COVID fatigue and
the hope it all ends soon. Although I’m a huge fan of table
service in pubs.

if in the DHL stand you can use the app to order, all other
stands can buy from the food and drink concessions.

Thanks for that Adrian, had no idea there was a time allocation
to get to the Stoop. Checked my ticket and there it is.
Here's the written info from the email they've just sent out:
Please carefully review this checklist ahead of your visit to
The Stoop on Saturday:
1. Print out your ticket on A4 paper – A reminder that all
tickets are print at home. You cannot enter using your
Membership Card. There is a £5 admin charge if you need to have
this printed at the Ticket Office to deter supporters and avoid
queues/ social distancing issues.
2. Bring photo ID – You may be asked to show photo ID upon
entry. This must match the name on the ticket to enter the
stadium.
3. Travel light – Only bags under A4 size will be allowed into
the stadium. There is no bag storage at the stadium.
4. Arrive at the right gate, at the right time (map below) – To
help avoid queues, your match ticket indicates the right gate to
go to, and a window of time to arrive at. Where possible, please
try to arrive during this time window to avoid queues and ensure
social distancing. Our stewards will work closely with you if
running late but please be patient and respect social
distancing. At the end of the match, the stewards will manage
the departure of supporters carefully to avoid queues again.
Please note Gate 5 on the map will be signposted Gate 4 on
Saturday – stewards will direct you.
5. Make sure you're sitting in your allocated seats – Your seats
have been carefully mapped to allow maximum capacity for this
fixture, in line with league and government guidance. Supporters
must stay in their allocated seats for the duration of the game.
6. Bring a face covering - All supporters, excluding medical
exceptions, will be required to wear a face covering while at
The Stoop. Please bring yours with you and wear as entering the
stadium until you have departed the stadium perimeter.
7. Sitting in East Stand? Register online in advance for the new
‘Seat Serve’ service - We've introduced 'Seat Serve' to The
Stoop, allowing you to order and pay for food and drink at your
seat from your mobile phone. Register and pre-order in advance
at Stoop.seatserve.com. Or once in your seat, you can scan the
QR code on the seat in front of you, with your phone’s camera.
E-mail info@seatserve.co.uk if you have any issues registering
or on the day. Seat serve will only be available in the East
Stand and please note that we do anticipate longer wait times at
peak times so suggest pre-ordering. A reminder that you cannot
bring your own food and drink as usual.
8. Plan your travel in advance – We suggest walking or cycling
to The Stoop. Supporters travelling to and from the game by
train / bus must wear a face covering unless exempt, maintain
social distancing and wash their hands.
9. Book your parking in advance – Over 1,000 parking spaces are
available around The Stoop however is not available to purchase
on the day so make sure you pre-book. Season Ticket Members will
be able to use their 2020/21 Seasonal Parking pass if they have
one. Please display the pass or present the purchase
confirmation email to stewards. You can pre-book these from our
Ticketing website.
