It worked okay last time (although I got my food & drink about
half an hour after the slot it was supposed to arrive by).

Surely we are mostly adults here, and can go for a couple of
hours without a pint? I know beer and rugby watching are
normally associated, but these are not normal times are they.
Take a sandwich if you can’t last two hours without eating.

Bit harsh. If the club are selling food and beer I'm sure they'd
like us to buy as much as possible.

I’ve seen nothing on this from the club surely it would be
mentioned in the COVID protocols sheet but not a mention I does
however mention socially distanced ques.
Where has this been officially advertised?

Then the process should be made more efficient than it would
appear to be, otherwise the cost of the delivery staff and all
that goes with that will be more than the profit made on the
sales, that is based on the comments above regarding
availability of delivery slots.

it is mentioned in the FAQs - there was a link to these in the
email that said I was succesfull in the ballot.

Perhaps it would be cheaper to put 1 pint on every chair before
the game starts, instead of flags...
