If going to HQ this weekend

The RFU have a labyrinthine ticketing system which appears to be
running on steam driven computers. When you register they say
NB please allow 48 hours for the tickets to appear in your app
before making contact.
So to even check the tickets you've bought are recognised by the
app you need to get in may take 2 days.
Then if you have to pass tickets to friends and family, if they
register there is a delay before your app will know they are
connected.
When you pass them a ticket there is an appreciable delay before
they see it (a couple of hours for my brother).
So, if you haven't registered with the RFU app, do it now!

The RFU making things difficult? Surely not!

Well the RFU app had a little issue tonight where the seat
details disappeared from the ticket. Sometimes it came back by
closing and reopening the app but other times it didn't.
Make sure you make a note of your seat numbers if you are going
tomorrow .

Astonishing issues as mentioned above, as a Steward on the night
(and today!) it became carnage!!! DREAD to think what it wlll be
like if the stadium was full!!!

It added an extra challenge to our evening.
Thankfully most supporters could quickly locate the original
email that had the seat numbers listed.

The Ticket details for the Heineken Final disappeared from the
App. This morning I got an email about the problem which
included the details. Unfortunately the email had the wrong
block!

Me again, yes...emails all got sent out, MANY with the wrong
block number.....NOW I am not one to normally complain, or get
annoyed by this sort of stuff....but it was UTTER CARNAGE
yesterday where I was.... STAGGERING that the RFU could get this
SO WRONG.......I repeat my statement from Friday night.... I
DREAD to think what would have happened if it was full!!! And
whoever was responsible (I'm sorry!!)....should be hauled over
several coals!!!!!!! Issue with the app also not sorted, so seat
and block number disappeared, and the only option was to ask
punters to stand in the entrance and delete and re-install app
(which many did without any moaning!).....!!!!
