He was my Quins MOTM. Under pinpoint hanging kicks from Youngs
and Ford, he didn’t miss one take. The guy’s quick feet and pace
are such an asset in space, and he always seems to get the
offload away. Risky ? Yes, but ideal for the type of game we are
developing. Has he missed a one-on-one tackle yet ? Can’t
remember one. Of course he’s going to get ‘nailed’ a few times
as he breaks from deep, and when he comes in at outside centre,
he will get lined up. That’s the name of the game.
Mike Brown is my favourite all time ‘Quin’, but Tyrone, could
turn out to be a worthy successor.

He missed 7 of his attempted 14 tackles against Wasps, so, yes.

What is the definition of a missed tackle.

One where you attempt the tackle and fail, so not one where
you're just beaten for pace and can't get near them.
I think Green's defence has been pretty good - sometimes really
impressive - but given how often he got bumped in one-on-ones
against Wasps I think it's not accurate to say he hasn't missed
one yet. Rowlands ran straight through him a few times.

Out of curiosity, is a tap tackle a missed tackle?

He seems to back his pace more so doesn't worry about missing
the first contact/tackle which I think is also why he steps in
when he's on the wing. I think once he gets his head around the
importance of the 1 on 1 tackle, he'll be fine.

He’s got work to do on defence, but as an attacking FB, and a
last minute replacement, he’s pretty good. If they decide to
persevere with him at FB then I’m sure he’ll get better, but he
looks to be a winger that can cover FB to me.
Rowlands is quite big - he’d run through a lot of tacklers...

Really good question, I don't know (especially as the definition
       can change between stats providers)

Rowlands is quite big, yes, but we'd all been impressed with
Green's tackling of big guys up to that game. We don't need to
try and excuse it or anything, last week he had a bad day at the
office with his tackling and that's OK because it looks like
it'll be the exception rather than the rule.
And I'm much happier with him at 15 than any of our other
available options for sure. I'm excited to see what David can do
       when he arrives.
