Thanks for stating the obvious but I did read the email and
followed the process and at no stage could I avoid paying
another £25

Following the completion of our 2020/21 Season Ticket
Reimbursement Plan in March, tickets for these fixtures are not
included as part of your Season Ticket Membership and will need
to be purchased separately. Further details on claiming your
ticket(s) will be emailed to successful Ballot entrants after
the 10th May deadline.
As a thank you to Members who have made significant donations of
over 20% of their 2020/21 Season Ticket Membership, we are
delighted to offer the option to claim a free ticket to one or
both of these fixtures should they be successful in the
Ballot(s). However those eligible will still have the option to
purchase their ticket should they wish to keep their donation
within the Club

2 Seats cant wait Other end of the same stand that we normally
sit in £40 each as carried forward this year to next

The Newcastle Ballot hasn't been drawn yet. Keep your fingers

3 for us, in the East rather than West but really really don't
care.
The 'best' part for me was that my wife said she didn't realise
just how much she had missed going to the games until I advised
we'd got Bath tickets and my son was beside himself with
excitement....

How do you claim your free ticket for donating? I was lucky in
the Bath ballot but can’t see anything about this. Do I have to
ring the club or is it hidden somewhere on the ticketing site
like most things.
