The tickets with incorrect barcodes are being re-issued. Those
affected will get a call from the club and new Tickets sent out
today. All very efficient to resolve the problem.

Thanks for raising it Quinspur. I had a call at 9.30am today
telling me exactly that. Very efficient (provided the new ticket
arrives!).

Originally missed out in the ballot for the Newcastle game, but
received an email this evening that I now have a ticket.

Got an email from the club telling I’ve got a ticket for the
Newcastle game if I want it. Delighted to take up their offer.
Going to end up in the FB block in the West/Charlie Stanley
Stand. Can’t wait for it! It’s my “final” final Quins home game
for a while before going to Switzerland later this summer.

You have had a refund for your Season Ticket including this
match or should have done.

If you have had a refund or taken Quins Credit for the ST that
you've then used to buy the 21/22 ST then you need to pay for
the ticket. It's only if you've written off the money from this
season (above a certain percentage) that you get your ticket
free.
