Ballot for Bath and Newcastle games

The ballot closed on Monday but there was no definite timescale
given for when applicants might hear if they are successful.
Just a line about "Further details on claiming your ticket(s)
will be emailed to successful Ballot entrants after the 10th May
deadline." Has anyone had an email or heard any more about when
we might be notified?
Also, I'm still wondering if those who haven't claimed a refund
from the club are expected to pay for tickets. "Following the
completion of our 2020/21 Season Ticket Reimbursement Plan in
March, tickets for these fixtures are not included as part of
your Season Ticket Membership and will need to be purchased
separately."
I won't ring the club just yet but it would be nice to make
plans...

The email you seem to have quoted also says
As a thank you to Members who have made significant donations of
over 20% of their 2020/21 Season Ticket Membership, we are
delighted to offer the option to claim a free ticket to one or
both of these fixtures should they be successful in the
Ballot(s). However those eligible will still have the option to
purchase their ticket should they wish to keep their donation
within the Club.

Yep, I've got a ticket for Bath. The Newcastle ballot results
will follow at a later date, according to the email.
