Every game seems tougher than the last with us losing a couple
of players a week over the last couple of games. Tigers will be
difficult, Sale even harder but the hole games against Bath and
Newcastle could prove fruitful based on respective form.
All in all I’m just pleased that we’re playing some good rugby,
have developed some real spirit, the players seem to be enjoying
themselves and don’t seem to spend vast periods of the game
       making basic errors.

I would wager now that Tigers will put out an A-type team as
they have the Challenge Cup final the week after. Still wont be
easy, but means they are less likely to play Ford, Ben Youngs,
       Nadolo etc.

No telling what Borths will do selection wise, but I don't want
us to put all our eggs in one basket for the final to get back
into the Champions Cup, top 8 is clearly possible for us, so I
would hope we pick a strong side for this weekend.

I would hope you do to - and, as you say, Welford Rd is not for
       those that wibble...
Great battle to look forward to.

Not saying that the intervening years were my fault, but I had a
season ticket from 2013/14 until 2019/20.

Definitely a one game at a time scenario for the duration.
I am A little bit less confident now we are without both
Esterhuizen and Brown. Hope that doesnt break our momentum up
       too much.

This is the best I have felt about Quins for 8 years and it is
now a pleasure to watch the boys.
Huge congratulations to the coaches players and Laurie D.

As the last few games have shown, we can do without them, to a
degree; attacking edge didn't seem particularly blunted without
Ester for last 3 halves and the Green made up for Brown, to an
extent for the last half. I thought we'd suffer without Evans,
but Jam Hack-Kenning has been a great stand-in.
I'm quietly confident about playing Tigers - they may or may not
rest a few people before their final (they have Bristol at home
and Wuss/Wasps away after Quins, so they might need a few points
to stay in top 8 ), but my memory of watching them on telly this
season has been that there has been plenty of space and I'd rate
our chances to run into and hopefully through it; I think we'll
have a solid scrum to give us front foot ball.
But what better preparation for a final than a stirring home
victory against one of the top 4 - Tigers will want to go for
       it.
Weather is likely to be showery and slippery which may have some
effect on the game and our handling.
What is the best feeling is that we appear to have really
brought out the best of our reserves and look a good, two-deep
squad in most positions (except FH and possibly FB).

So based on the table and games left to play, 1 more win and 1
bonus should seal the 4 top deal.
No disrespect to Saints but I cant see them pulling in 4 x bonus
point wins or even 4 wins so 1 more standard win out of 3 games
should setup a away semi final.
       4th Quins = 61 (with 3 games to go)
5th Saints = 50 (with 4 games to go) Maximum possible points 70
based on 4 x bonus point wins.

Newcastle have beaten Saints. That pretty much settles the top
       four.
