Curry and I think/hope we could see him really fill out over the
summer and become an even bigger presence on the pitch.

We know we don’t have Evans coming back this season so we are
going to need him. I thought we really missed Chisholm
yesterday, especially with no Esterhuizen and Lawday not
providing a similar carrying ability so I’m hoping we can see
Chis for and available for the rest of the season

If we’re talking physical comparisons, I think Jack Willis is
actually a better choice than Curry.

Remember an A Team game from a couple of years ago where he put
in an incredible shift and was basically out on his feet. For an
A Team game it was tight going into the last 10 minutes,
Kenningham made a turnover on our line and 30 seconds later when
play had gone the length of the pitch he was somehow there to
take the scoring pass. Knew he would be good that day :)

Can see now why management have not replaced the likes of Robbo,
Semi and Bothma’s with the young guns coming through

he was my MOTM, Smith was great and the match winning try gave
it to him but for such a young inexperienced player coming in,
what a game Kenningham had, such a bright future for us.

Agree on all points Q4L. The comparison with Curry is apt for
Kenningham - he seems to have similar instincts and versatility
and is a surprisingly hard carrier for his age and position.

Didn't Healey say it would be Smith or Robson depending which
team won?

What does Healey know? It was always going to be Robson or Care
in his eyes prior to the game and great for the Media to be on
the Smith bandwagon. Kenningham was outrageous and it's great
for him as a young lad to have older, wiser heads like Smith &
Dombrandt to look up too? :-)
Great for the salary cap challenges to have the youngsters
coming through and balancing in key positions with experience,
a'la Lewies, Ester & Louw.

After about an hour or so, yeah. But he was right, of course:
Robson was magnificant for Wasps, and Smith was taking it upon
himself to win the game by himself. Which he did, in the end!
Kenningham gave a great performance, but those two were the
headline acts and it was a great duel.
