I echo the comments here. Kenningham looked promising but raw in
his earlier appearances, but he stepped up to the mark
brilliantly today. He’s not quite the turnover machine that
Evans is, but his all round play full deserves the “baby
Robshaw” tag.
I love the idea that next season teams may think they have seen
Evans off only to find Kenningham trotting on. Or vice versa

We need another 6 AND 8 - I thought Dommers was quiet except for
his try...

We defo need a backup 8 but not sure if we need a 6, white as
shown he can be an option there, as has Lamb.
As much as I don't really like Carl Fearns over the whole
Gloucester debacle, he would have been a good signing imo

I'd love a bionic (6 million pence, salary-capped) Clifford...

I think they said on the tv, that was more than the combined
wasps forwards number at the time. ;D

He also strikes me as being hard as nails too. I don’t want to
regret saying this but hopefully not one that’s going to get too
many injuries. Also love Green for this reason. Tiny bloke but
is so committed in the tackle and would run through a wall for
you. My kind of players.

An injury free prime Jack Clifford would be my ideal signing to
complement our current back row. Feel like he would be tearing
it up playing alongside Smith and Dombrandt.

What a shame we never got to see the three of them play together
at full fitness.

Yep massive shame. Credit to the current back-row players who
have really stepped up this season. After losing Robshaw,
Clifford and Kunatani in the summer, i was worried that our back
row wouldn’t be nearly as competitive as it has been.

Considering it was Kenningham’s third start in the quarters, his
performanceshave been immense. He was up against a quality back
row and didn’t look out of place His size reminds me of a Curry
and I think/hope we could see him really fill out over the
summer and become an even bigger presence on the pitch.
However I think we need to really manage his time on the pitch
on the run in, I don’t think he can play and start every game.
We know we don’t have Evans coming back this season so we are
going to need him. I thought we really missed Chisholm
yesterday, especially with no Esterhuizen and Lawday not
providing a similar carrying ability so I’m hoping we can see
Chis for and available for the rest of the season
