If Mike wants to stamp on his head he lands on both feet and
stamps on it with force. He landed on his head. Its a red, of
course it is, but if you think it's intentional you are a fool.

I think the fact that his body goes down rather than up on
contact with the player's face means that he thought he was
stepping onto the ground rather than stamping or pushing
downwards with intent - there is no strength in the contact and
he falls over. His sense of balance would have been based on
solid contact with the floor, which he shouldn't have reached at
the moment.
The idea that Mike Brown would intentionally put his boot into
the face of another player seems ludicrous for so many reasons.
We know he plays with aggression, but I cannot remember a single
incident where he has behaved in this way.
