Bristol Bears away 22 Sept

Hi All
Has anyone who has been to Ashton Gate recommend where is best
to sit?
Tickets available on their site but not on quins site. I have
not been before so would appreciate any advice or anything else
about going there that would be helpful...
Thanks

I seem to recall that I read somewhere that Quinssa were trying
to negotiate a deal ref tickets but I might have imagined it

The stadium, aside from being a bit generic and soul-less...is
actually pretty easy to get in and out of and honestly, you get
a decent view of the pitch from nearly all angles. So I wouldn't
worry too much about where you sit. Just make sure you're not at
ground level, so you can see the whole pitch!

I seem to recall the tickets that Quinssa were allocated by
Bristol last time were on the side in the dead ball area , so
not ideal- fortunately the stadium was pretty quiet that night
and people could move .
I went direct and got tickets behind the posts which were good
and from their website picked up a link to local house owners
who let you park on their drive for £6 so that was handy and
only a 5 min walk .

Does Quins have a link to local house owners where you can park
in their drive for less than the Rosebine? Did they clean your
car whilst you were there too?
Enterprising lot in Bristol !!

I phoned the Stoop today and was advised to contact Quinssa.
Find it strange that the club have no tickets. Appreciate the
work Quinssa do but since when have they been the only source of
getting tickets:
I then phoned Bristol who advised that only a small quantity had
been issued to Quins presumably now at Quinssa as none have been
on general sale. Allocation for Quins was in W12 @ £41 and S24 @
@ £31
Purchased 4 from Bristol - and they were helpful unlike our
ticket office today!!

Was told a Bath supporting friend of mine said Bristol over sold
tickets for last Friday. He had to stand in a corner for the
game (not great after paying for a seat) and is trying to get a
refund.

I suspect we won’t see the stadium full every time although
their supporters are sounding off that it will sellout every
match. See you there hopefully!

Park on my drive is the site you want for local parking

I’m guessing Bristol don’t have a seating plan so you can’t
check where you are sitting before buying tickets?
