I'm not surprised at the reaction to the original post which
said the surcharge was illegal. It isn't.

Still doesn't explain why Mayor West decided to "drag this
subject up again" when he appears to have not been
inconvenienced at all.

I dragged it up again because it is possible to sell tickets at
the price printed on them without adding a surcharge for no
particular reason. Why not the season tickets.
