Why is there an admin fee? Its the clubs choice to change the
system. I know it only a couple of quid but it's nice little
earner if there are still 9000 STH.

There used to be admin fees in the past. I think they stopped
charging them some time in 2017. Looking back at past emails,
they scalped me for £3 on a £15 ticket to the Falcons match in
March that year... Twenty percent booking fee!!!!! >:(

You'd have thought since we're using a ticketing system in use
in other places that economies of scale would cut in and the
admin charge would therefore be very small. Indeed, since most
of the transactions are done by computers, what is this admin
charge of which they speak? There is little or no admin. THe
charge should therefore be very small surely?

When you supply a product or service surely you should factor
all your costs into the price. It may only be a small amount but
it's an increase in the price you pay while they say the prices
       have been frozen.

Just sorted. Slightly painful having to register my daughter as
a member first so that I can assign a ticket to her. The
constant need for marketing information baffles me, especially
as she's under 16 and can't be marketed to anyway!
Still, as referenced above just got to get through till
September. Luckily we have end of season run in, England summer
tour, welsh lions and whatever guise the tri-nations will be to
       get us there.

It's worth checking your Quins credit balance vs your
credit/debit card account. I noticed yesterday that despite
following the instructions to use my Quins credit to pay for the
ST they have taken the lot from my card and I still have £475 in
       my Quins account.

So I wanted to update my Personal Contact details but try as I
might I could not get past the Captcha Bot photo recognition

how to link my group of Family and Friends for the purposes of
Ballot/Cup Ticket applications so they sent me this step by step

I have just had a very frustrating conversation with the club,
and I wanted to know if anyone else has had similar or found a
       solution to it.
We have for a long time had a 2 Adult and 2 Child family
package, which is really good value in Premier. When we got a
ticket for our third child, we added an extra child ticket.
       Which again, was good value.
This year, our eldest has turned 16 and is no longer eligible to
be on the Family 2+2 ticket. There are no concessions in Premier
so we were gearing up for making a choice between getting him a
separate ticket in Club, or just sucking it up and paying for an
       adult ticket.
However, I just had a call from the club in which I was told
       that:
       - They withdrew the family package in 17/18 but allowed people
who already had them to retain them for as long as they lasted
       - One adult and one child are still eligible for the Family
pricing, and our youngest is still eligible for a child priced
       ticket
       - But because one of the children on the family package is now
16, the other adult and the eldest child have to pay full price
       - because in 2017 we didn't spot the change and switch our
youngest child to be part of the 2+2 package rather than a
       separate child ticket.
As a result, we're facing a £600+ price hike this season rather
than the £300 we were expecting.
Has anyone else had this? Does anyone remember any of this being
       communicated in 2017-18?
       - Now that my son has
