I can't seem to use the credit to renew both parking and season
ticket, and the website wants to take the full amount from my
bank card.
Anyone else seeing this?

I’ve spoken to the very helpful Cassie in the ticket office who
has talked me through the process - it doesn’t take the full
amount from the card, just the admin fee.

If you go to the "Friends and Family" part on your login, you
should see your other family members linked there, probably
saying you can Assign tickets to them. Click on Edit and choose
the other option (Manage, I think) then log in to THEIR
accounts, go to the same place and accept the request to let you
manage their account.
You can then log back in to your own account, and you'll see all
the renewals there in one place.
With regards to the distribution of credit, do you and your son
have an Adult+Junior family package ticket? That would explain
his being much lower than his cousin's.
One thing I discovered, much to my annoyance, is that for the
last couple of years at least, the club somehow managed to break
the link between my ticket and my son's, so I've been paying for
him as a separate Junior member, which put the annual price up
by over £100!!! >:( I'd not noticed, since they'd been
emailing me saying I didn't need to do anything, and my Direct
Debit would renew automatically...

All sorted here- very easy (surprisingly for Quins!) including
signing up for the direct debit option on two linked accounts.

Yep. All really good. Sorted myself and my son really easily and
then was able to renew my dad and my nephew too.
Cassie from the club phoned to help. The systems may not have
been great in the past but the people have always been terrific.
Now that we are into this system it should make everything
easier for future renewals.

All done. Very pain free.
Used the 20/21 credit to pay and went through easily (Just the
other £2 to pay).
Just the long summer of driving past the Stoop and pining with
new membership in my wallet to get through now :)
