Season Ticket Renewals for 2021/2

Well, would you believe it!
logged on to the Ticketmaster site.
clicked on "Renew your 2021/2 season Ticket"
and it all worked with my Quins credit from this seasons
refunds.
OK I had to pay another £2 admin charge but hey!
I was so chuffed I did my mates renewal for him too! He says he
will buy me a beer in the Quins Head when next we go!!. Oh! How
I wish for that.

frozen, which is good news!

All looks pretty straightforward, to be fair.
Unfortunately, the other family members are not appearing in my
options for renewal. Just me. Not a massive problem, in that I
can go into each account and renew. However, we all donated the
same amount to the club and kept Quins credit for the
forthcoming season; that credit has been very bizarrely
distributed: e.g. £200 for my nephew, £30 for my son!
Favouritism?!
Anyway, I have emailed the club so hopefully someone from the
club can call to sort this out. Hopefully this helps you if you
are in a similar position.

Just done ours with Quins credit, very smooth everything works.
Had to pay £2 extra per ticket on credit card, only small
problem was credit card company bouncing the payment (they must
not trust ticketmaster or something). Simple to sort with text
message and a one time passcode.
