       "Based on the figures released"
       Hang on, we:
       a) have no idea how much they were breaching the salary cap by
during their first efforts, after which they threatened the
other clubs with costly legal action and succeeded in sweeping
       it all under the carpet
       b) have no idea how much they were cheating by in the most
recent example because they only got done for the stuff that was
found via publicly available information - they refused to open
the books and essentially accepted a £5m fine and relegation as
an alternative, which should tell you just how scared they were
of anyone finding out the true scale of it

Quite. How else can we stop the game being dominated by teams
       like Newcastle, Sale and Worcester.

Living in/around London is a hell of a draw for players, I'd
say. I'm not sure it fully cancels out the "cost of living"
issue, but it must help with recruitment...

Bath, Bristol and Exeter are not exactly cheap places to buy...

London weighting is typically £4K and far from universal so I
doubt it would rival joint property investments for impact.
       Maybe for the academy?
