I spoke to Uri from the ticket office today. They are genuinely
really so helpful and supportive in there! She and the team were
very grateful that so many fans had expressed concern that
ticketing via TM might mean they were being sidelined. They
definitely are not! It is touching to see that our community is
alive and well, in spite of our separation. Hopefully not for
       too much longer!
She did mention that family renewalsmight be tricky as each
individual component needs to be renewed separately, and the
child membership might not go through without the accompanying
adult membership. I asked if we could do the adult ones first
and then the children's ones but she said that probably wouldn't
work. The solution is to email the club and they will call you
to do this manually (which is how I always prefer to do it
anyway!) This should also mean that you can be given the best
price depending on the possible combinations of your family
group (e.g. a family membership last season was better for me,
my 71 yo dad and my 8 yo son and nephew).
Don't want to scaremonger but just wanted to relay a technical
difficulty to help ease any frustration if you happen to hit
       this particular wall.

Thanks for flagging that up - we have a 2+2 family season ticket
with an additional child and it was always challenging to renew.
The shift to monthly direct debit made it mostly a lot easier...
it will be a pain if we have to go through setting that up all
       over again,

Dear PoorFour, no problem. I think if you email the club they
will call you back pretty promptly and sort it out for you.
This season we moved to the West Stand from the North Stand (so
long and fare thee well, my end-of-the-pitch chums) but have yet
to see if our new seats are any good! Renewing the tickets is
getting me excited for our eventual return!

DOK: I'm similarly blighted / blessed with an apostrophe: what
was the solution they gave you?

I had to use the names as they currently are in Harlequins
tickets section. They had replaced the apostrophe with a single
       space.
I cannot find how to find out what the actual name is on the old
ticket system, so if that doesn't work you'll have to contact
       ticketing.

Is there any other contact other than the customer service one?
I emailed two days ago and no reply so a bit confused with
       others speedy responses

Customerservice@quins.co.uk - is that what you used Maidstone?
Should get a response soon. I would suggest sending another
email. However, just so you know, their internet is down this
morning, so a response may be further delayed.
I know this as I was called by Uri from the club this morning.
She said that it should now be possible to renew family
membership together at the same time. The instructions will be
in the emails sent next week (I think the 20th is when the
       renewal will launch).

       FURTHER SUPPORT

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us for
support on the following email address
       customerservice@quins.co.uk
They are usually pretty quick, but of course they're probably
working from home, maybe smaller team etc... Let alone all the
technical reasons your email might not reach them or vice versa.
Well worth trying another email I'd say.
