We have now been emailed how to make a new account.
It’s already all Jason Bourne already, as apparently I don’t
exist. I’m sure the rest of this switch to ticket master will be
plain sailing.

Well, the damned apostrophe in my surname which always trips up
computers is working its magic.
I sent an email off at 20:05 describing my problem and got a
reply from the Ticketing Operations Manager, Ticketing at 21:40.
All right, it didn't work but how good service is that? That's
what we need to make sure we don't lose in this transition.

And quick as a flash I got an updated fix for my problem, and I
have now registered on Ticketmaster.
Again, I have always been impressed with the ticketing team and
their ability to sort my various issues out, but at 22:00 at
night?
I assume the Ticketing Operations Manager could have quite
easily left this till work tomorrow, could quite easily have
left this to another member of the ticketing team, but they
didn't. They dived in and sorted my problem immediately.
Above and beyond the call of duty. Five gold stars!

you to the old ticking site though so save this url

Managed to set up account easily (even allows existing password
to be reused!), also linked accounts for family and friends. So
far so good!!

Found it very easy to find and set up our two accounts on the
new system but has anyone worked out how you link two or more
family accounts?
