The other bit to remember is that Harlequins are pretty small
beer to ticketmaster. I can see complaints from Arsenal,
Tottenham, The RFU, NFL and IAAF maybe get some attention, but
complaints from a company that at the most does 15,000 tickets a
go - is that going to get the same sort of care and attention?

I’ve never had a problem with this, just emailed a copy of ID
and they’ve made the necessary adjustment. I do agree TM will
make it a painful process.

Interesting. They require a new letter from the head of the
school my wife works at each year, and won't just accept work
ID.

Concur . Hopefully just a move regarding technology and not
commercial. A falcons fan got me 2 tickets for the 2019 warm up
v Italy in Newcastle ( who the clubs ticketing are "powered" by
Ticketmaster) prior to the WC and there was an admin charge of
£10 EACH ! .
Another concern was reported as recently as Nov last year when
Ticketmaster were fined £1.25m for a 2018 security breach for
losing credit card details after being hacked

Ticketmaster call centres will give me a better experience than
popping in for a chat and being shown the trophy cabinet whilst
collecting tickets.

Apparently nobody is losing their jobs and tickemaster will just
be the platform
So it does sound like we can still get the excellent service
from the staff at Quins

Fair enough in that case. I hope that does prove to be the case,
so I retract my moaning....for now!

This cannot be true - no Quins management conspiracy? I demand a
rethink, otherwise there will be nothing to moan about, for a
day or two...
