It does mention all tickets, and starting from the 20th April
So would imagine if there are any games available for the
remainder of this season the club can wash their hands of having
to deal with the tickets for those games, and also even take
into account any season ticket holders who helped the club
through donations etc

Bad move by the club. Moving from a really efficient, friendly
team who actually provided good customer service to an
organisation whose primary aim is to make lots of money with no
regard for ease of use or customer satisfaction.

So the issues that could be solved with a simple call to a
friendly and helpful person in our ticket office will cease. I
see it being painful.

I guess we wait and see what this really means, it doesn't
necessarily mean you go to ticketmaster to buy tickets, it could
just mean Quins use the ticketmaster technology/functionality in
a similar way to the RFU

Yes, I'm hoping they are just using the systems/technology etc.
The ticket office and staff have always worked well for me.

I think a better change would be to get rid of whoever made that
decision.
Time for another explanation from LD? Maybe he could book a
weekly slot the way things are going at the moment.

Renewing a key worker season ticket is currently a pain in the
backside. I can't imagine that TM will make it any easier.

Will concessions still be available,at the moment we just take
our evidence to the ticket office and they sort it ,can not see
this happening with ticket master I have had nothing but poor
experiences with them.

Be really interesting to see how the credits work for those that
have chosen that option, I can’t actually see anything on “ My
Stoop” at the moment
