Select profile toward the top of the page, then there is a
buddies/ignore option. no idea if or how it works though.

If you look at the options at the top left of the page beginning
"Home Search..." pick the option "Profile"
then under "modify profile"
pick "buddies/ignore list"
Just add the user to your ignore list.
You will still see where that user has contributed to a thread,
but you won't see the details. You can however reveal individual
messages if you wish.

We're not actually getting any new posts about the Quins
heritage website and what we do get is going round in playground
like circles, so I'm locking this thread now. If anyone has any
desperate need to add further information, send it to "Admin" in
a personal message and I'll add it.
