RleQuin. Obviously, I do not know any history you may have had
with the club, so there may be a very good reason...but have you
thought about offering your services. Seems obvious you would
be a plus/great help with the project.

There's open hostility between them, I can't see why the club
would want his help now.

They treated me appallingly and like to have a sanitised view of
things - apparently I even stole their archive to make money for
myself...

It does seem very odd. I've got Nick's book and it is a very
impressive piece of work. I know I don't know the history, but
it just seems to be cutting off your nose to spite your face. I
look forward to seeing what the heritage website becomes, but
just seems a shame to refuse to make use of a a very good,
readily available resource.
