Reminder that a very good Bristol team got hockeyed by wasps in
last season's semi final, and Wasps nearly beat Exeter in the
final. If we're good enough for top four we're good enough to
beat the competition. We might not be favourites on the day but
we'd certainly have a good chance (and I say this as someone who
thinks both Bristol and Exeter at full strength are quite a bit
better than Quins)

If we get past Ulster, then we are away to Saints in quarter
final, that should be an incentive for our team.

Looking at the formation, it's not that I'm very enthusiastic
but not too pessimistic, but it can be a good opportunity to see
how the team works without the strongest players.
However, I don't understand chasing only the championship and
not giving importance to a European competition that I believe
(I have no feedback, but it's just a personal opinion), can
bring even more money, which especially in times like these are
very importants.
In a one-off game we can beat anyone including Bristol and
Exeter, but then if we go to Europe to make the figures we did
this year, I don't see where the advantage lies.
Of course, if we won the championship, I would be the first to
be very happy, and I repeat in a single game anything can
happen, we won in Munster, against Stade Francais in Paris where
there were 76,000 people, even though we had a team that it was
definitely a great team .....

See a lot of people being outraged, not the squad I would of put
out but it’s sport, any team can win on its day and I look
forward to seeing how many people stated they over reacted when
we win.

This is a strong Ulster side and they have been the best side in
the Pro14 this season minus Leinster but they are missing
Jack McGrath
Iain Henderson
Sam Carter
Marcel Coetzee
Luke Marshall
Will Addison
Bookies have Ulster -11

Exactly. Without the players RugbyFan has mentioned, I wouldn’t
regard this Ulster side as being much better than what we
typically face in the Premiership.
I’m a touch concerned that our pack is made up of players who
are either inexperienced or not very good, but let’s see how it
goes.
Ulster are favourites, but I don’t think we’ll get ‘tonked’ and
even if we do, I’ll reserve judgement for a few weeks ...
Basically if we lose this badly but win our next three because
our frontline players are fresh and firing, it could still end
up being a good decision.

If we get pumped I will happily admit if we get pumped, if we
lose by a couple points in a well fought game and that team
shows what they can do with the chance to play I will be happy.
Also my other half is a Ulster fan and Iv yet to see Quins beat
them since we have been together so a win would be amazing.

Will Browny or Marler be at the match, do you think? Will be a
huge distraction if they are. AKA, BT Sport will be all over
them!
