I was very impressed with some of the things he did in guiding
Fiji to the Olympic title as explained in these interviews:

Re Ryan. Its another unproven name. Time to stop being an
"Experiment" for an up and coming boss and go for someone with
experience.

Well, that'll come in handy if we do any 7s, but what's he done
in 15s? It's a completely different approach - and a completely
different environment, too.
