Daly to 13.....defensively awful at 15, doesn't bode well for
the even more tactically demanding defensive role at 13, against
a decent Irish backline and he's not even been playing
there....oh dear.

EJ certainly looks after his favourites - Daly at Full Back,
Wing and now centre - next he will be playing him at flanker, a
la Scott Steele :-(

Surprised re: Marchant, actually disappointed for Lawrence &
Odogwu.
Daly is a good 13. He's played most of his pro rugby there. But
it's still a big ask considering he's been a back 3 player for a
few years now.

Lawrence is on the bench too - Odogwu misses out for Marchant.
I'm actually quite excited by that team - 13 is Daly's natural
position but he's been kept out of that spot by JJ, Manu and
Slade. It will be good to see what he can do. I could also
imagine Lawrence and Marchant having an impact late in the game.

at the end.

They will need to get on the pitch first...not a given!!!
Ford will come off, Farrell will go to 10 (no matter how either
are playing) and Lawrence will probably end up at 12. Farrell
is basically bigger than the team. Marchant may get on when
Malins is taken off and Daly moved back to 15

Marchant can play wing as well - and did so for most of his
games in Super Rugby
