I can only think that you must have kept missing your 10 minute
slot to log onto the site and kept getting chucked back to the
beginning of the queue, otherwise just very unlucky.

I'd go for the unlucky, set up the email notification which came

I have been logged in since 11 am and still am on 2 different
devices and different accounts. Both have had the ten minute
warning which were responded to in time. Been at 99% numerous
times then it goes backwards

The whole process is a farce. Took me a while to log in. Seems
I’m one of the lucky ones. Managed to secure a Lyon city pack,
five matches being played over the space of a fortnight which is
ideal. Will travel to Geneva and Annecy during quiet times.

Yes, I was supposedly in the queue for several hours on a
holding page until it finally showed progress and I got in. Got
the Fiji group games pack, but might look for others when it
reopens. The Lyon pack looks excellent.
