I like that. Respect, even though the game is live. I think
Martin Landajo waits for the defensive team to be set before
       passing, also out of respect.

My opinion is that you are allowing your personal prejudice
against Farrell cloud your judgement. If Farrell had done the
same thing against us, I'd be berating our players for switching
off - how many times has DC tapped and gone and its resulted in
       us scoring?
Respect is an important part of the game in the main but going
quickly from a penalty is not disrespectful.
As regards to this article you "merely reported"; it is
spreading on the web. I've already seen it posted elsewhere and
people are using it (as was the person who first posted it on
twitter) as a stick to beat Farrell and England over percieved
hypocrisy. As a long time supporter and user of this and the
previous message boards (okay, I'm not a prolific poster by any
means but I first posted on DOKs original board) I didn't want
to see this prejudiced and inappropiate article gain traction
       here as well.

ref's can only work to laws or their interpretations of those
laws, it would be very nice if teams allowed time to chat
whenever captains wanted but the ref isn't going to be able to
allow anything like that unless its a law. What the video shows
is as mentioned different to what happened in the welsh game.
Frankly the laws are bent and stretched as much as possible
throughout the game by all sides, creeping offside, cheep shots,
targeting players, holding people into rucks and a whole bunch
more. Not sure how with that lot going on, on a daily basis and
in every game how the player would give respect and allow a
captain to have a word with his team and not go quickly, nice in
       theory.

I suggest everyone watch the Squidge Rugby video on the game,
shows in detail from camera angles not shown in the game how
England switched off for more than a few seconds , it was a bad
call from the ref but you will see in his video the play
wouldn’t of worked down the right wing as may and co were back
in the line set and pretty much ready, Watson and I think Daly
       were just lazy.

It was not mandatory to comment, you could do as I do when I
read an article taken from the web, if I agree well, if I don't
       agree well the same.
Among other things, it all started by reporting only an article,
       without writing any comments.
Then that Farrell in my opinion is not always a correct player
is my opinion, and so it remains.
       Good evening

Welshman Squidge is a decent analyst at times, but he had the
blinkers on for this one. He counted "9 seconds" from when
Farrell stopped talking to when Biggar kicked it. But that's
nonsense - all Squidge did was note when two players had
wandered away from the huddle and started counting then, even
though everyone else was bunched up and Farrell was facing his
team (and so probably still talking)! It's a few seconds in
       reality.
Time was off. England shouldn't have been expected to be
sprinting across. The referee asked them to talk, and then
decided to put time on (not even calling it out loud until the
ball was more than halfway to the target!) while England were
just 'recovering' from being grouped up in the chat. As Joel
Jutge made clear, the referee should not make a decision like
that that heavily favours one team and penalises another for the
crime of... doing what the referee asked. The only sensible
thing to do there is to wait until England are ready, not wait
until the second that Farrell's stopped talking then let Wales
       dictate what happens.
I'm sure it's been great for Squidge's YouTube engagement
metrics and therefore his income, mind.
