Marlande Yarde Abuse

I am a relatively new Quins fan and this is my first post. A
season ticket holder for the last six years. From my seat in the
South Stand today I could clearly hear (from several rows away)
Marland Yarde being called a w*nker on more than one occasion.
This is why I stopped watching football. Unacceptable behaviour,
along with the booing every time he touched the ball.

I agree. Unacceptable. We know that Marland left under a bit of
a cloud. But we've all moved on. On he is a rugby player so
let's show him the same respect as we do others.

Yeah I can understand a bit of pantomime but surprised he copped
that much to be honest. Got a bit unnecessary but a small downer
on an otherwise great day!

From where I was in the north there was some (a fair bit) of
booing when he scored. Unnecessary and a plbit pathetic but not
really abuse. When he and Joe squared up there was a cheer too,
but again, nothing nasty. Sad to hear there was actual abuse

I think a lot of the booing was the apparently clear forward
pass that led to the MY try. No excuse for name calling though.

Scored a great try, the booing was pathetic!

The booing from our area was because it looked like a clear
forward pass not for Marland who I always thought gave his all
and looked a class act today

It was all from the north stand as far as we could tell -
pathetic

No, there was definitely some booing from the West and South.
But the West Stand certainly thought they saw a forward pass in
the build up. I heard lots of shouts of "forward" and "forward
pass", so know what it was they were objecting to. It wasn't MY,
I admired a smart piece of rugby from him!
I'll forgive the South Stand because they started up singing
"Come all without..." spontaneously, and that hasn't happened in
a long while.
