There's a chance we will see Malins at 15 and Daly at 13 at some
point. But will Daly ever get the ball? Maybe if Farrell goes
off and Slade goes to 12.

Yes, the earlier Malins gets on the better. I would love to see
him get a chance, he is dynamite and very clever player. No
better than Daly at fullback defensively , but more of a natural
full back in my eyes.
He is also a fly half by trade so offers extra creativity as
well as extreme gas.
Daly has never been tried out at 13. It would be great to see
him next to Slade at 12.
But don't think Farrel has it in his contract to be dropped or
substituted, under Jones.

are four crucial changes to the Scotland team that I believe
will make a big difference against Wales if they can all stay on
the pitch:

Wilson started against Scotland. And Are you implying Curry
isn’t a proper flanker? Bizarre, as he has been one of our best
players for the last 2 years!
Also, regardless of whether Ford is more creative than Farrell,
I can’t see the game plan changing unfortunately.

the principality when he skinned Alex Cuthburt to win the game).

That skinning of Cuthbert happened four years ago, when Daly was
still a) a winger, and b) playing well. He's been terrible as a
15 and hasn't improved a jot.
He hasn't really played 13 for what, 5 years now?

No, I'm saying that Lawes isn't.

Marchant is a better 13 than Daly (Although currently out of
form)

Can't pass. Can't catch. Can't tackle. Can't get himself in the
right position on the pitch. He may have been good once, but you
can't possibly rate him this season; he's been very poor indeed.
If you want to win, you can't rely on him just having a decent
boot on him, you need a fullback who is a fullback!

If only there was a FB is great form at the moment, What, you
mean like....MIKE BROWN maybe!!!
I have said on here my thoughts on Brown, great player but
coming towards the end of his career, and time for Quins to look
at a replacement......However, I would happily see Brown playing
over Daly at FB. At the moment only one is looking like a Test
player, and its not Daly.
For me, this is now where Jones should be planning ahead and
playing some of the young/future Test players. Not trotting out
the old guard. Not sure what he is expecting to learn from
this??

Hahaha.
English born with Welsh and Irish heritage.
No, I really rate Daly. I will admit that he is not in form and
should be moved to wing, or 13, or dropped.
I will say, that a lot of the group think criticism of Daly is
very reminiscent of the same group think criticism of Mike Brown
when he was Englands 15.
Plus I am entitled to my opinion having watched a lot of Rugby
over the years.
