It'll be interesting to see how Lynagh develops - he needs to
have some kind of x-factor as he isn't particularly big - so is
he clever like Tom Williams?? Is he faster than most?
I'm not sure what his point of difference will be?
I'm confused as to why we have Green as well - as him and Lynagh
seem so similar

Tyrone Green was considered, in SA, as a like for like with
Damien McKenzie. From the YouTube highlights, I agree with that.
In the (brief) 2020 super rugby season, Green was probably one
of the best players in SA.
He’s a class player that we need to get more involved

From what I've seen so far, he has run some clever lines and
looks to have good rugby intelligence. At 15, i'd take a good
decision maker over outright brawn or speed.
Wouldn't put Lynagh in the rapid category but he doesn't look to
be a slouch in the speed stakes.

I think Dombrandt has a better chance of playing Fullback under
EJ!!!
Not sure if Lynagh or Green will be right until they get some
game time in the jersey. Not that I would drop Brown but if he
does go north then we will be throwing them straight in with no
experience, as such.
Also, we may have to change our mindset on what a fullback is as
I'm not sure they're bred like Mr Angry anymore.

Lynagh's got excellent footwork and is pretty powerful, bit of a
tackle-breaker. He seems a lot bigger than Tom Williams, and
Tyrone Green looks a very different kind of player. Green's
quite a bit smaller than Louis, but very rapid.

Agree with this observation JG. He does seem to have the knack
of slipping tackles just when you think a defender might have
him. Hope he goes well today!
