If he can overcome his injury problems then I think this makes a
lot of sense. Still young but a very strong player, think he
played well in the Bristol game before that freak knee injury in
the line out.

Yeah I'm happy with this. If he gets a clean bill of health for
a run of games I think he could become valuable to us. Has shown
good development in the recent games he's played and showed real
promise for England age groups so now's the time I hope he'll be
able to kick on.

Decent squad player, puts himself about. In a battle with
Tizzard and Hammond for a regular bench spot and then to take
over from Symons

Obviously the club see potential in White and Lamb but I would
like to see more on the pitch!

I saw quite a bit from White on the pitch last time out.

Like most players they need game time, very difficult to make a
meaningful judgement based upon a few cameo appearances.

I think he does a decent job whenever he plays. As has been
mentioned, the problem is that he does not have the opportunity
of a run of games, barring an injury to Symons or Lewies.
However, he is a good squad player who could grow into a first
team spot over the next few years. He gives us an option in the
back row, as well.
Good to have him signed up.

I remember seeing Dino L playing at some 7s/10s tournament in
Scotland a few years ago and his turn of pace was noticeable -
could be a great ball carrier if coached in that direction...

Where do we see Tizzard, Hammond, White and Lamb in the pecking
order?

With Tizard, Hammond and Lamb I think it depends if we bring in
someone more experienced to replace Young and potentially
Cuvabati. If we don’t bring anyone in and on current
performances, it’s probably Tizard who will get the bench spot
to back up Lewies and Symons. But Hammond was arguably the
better prospect than Tizard in the age group levels so will be
interesting to see how they develop.
White needs to show that his performance against Wasps was not a
one off as he’s had more poor games than good games for the
first team. For me he’s behind Lawday for the bench spot and
will face competition from Kenningham and Trenholm who both look
good players.
