Agreed re analysis. No joy when we won, and a lack of
disappointment when we lost.

For me last para says it all ‘you have to add if you take away’.
Even BT sport guys were struggling with him In interviews after
matches for the last month of his tenure.

I dont think Funbus has the coaching credentials.....but he
would certainly help the "culture".

You'd think that it would suit a New Zealander, given their
style of play down there. However, the record of NZ coaches/DoRs
in the NH at club level is mixed.

For culture and results, I really think we should do all we can
to convince Scott Robertson to come over. It would be so
exciting, possibly the best domestic coach in the world right
now?

It's going so well for Chris Boyd at Northampton.
Not all Kiwi imports are as good as Nick Evans was for us.
Robertson's Crusaders are impressive. How much is that him
or the club. I guess we would only know if he decided to come
over.

I completely agree that Scott Robertson is one of the best
domestic coaches at the moment, but it’s also no secret that
he’s after the ABs job. How likely is Foster to stay in his
role? If by some absolute miracle we could convince Robertson to
join I can’t see it being more than 2/3 seasons for him to get
overseas experience and then go for the ABs again, which leaves
us back in the position we’re currently in.
He’d be unbelievable, but I think he’d be short term and that
doesn’t help Quins

Why would Scott Robertson come to Quins? His next progression
would be upwards, not sideways (or worse), surely? Its not that
Quins can throw money around...
