Reporting he’s turned down Lyon to stay aim England. Hopefully
means Bath also out of the picture

Although the article does incorrectly call him a current
Leicester player!

Was in negotiations with them for some time apparently and they
were confident they could lure him over, but seems that England
prospects sealed the deal.
I wonder if Ibitoye's experience played a part too

Says he is a Harlequins player at least three times.

Indeed, nothing about him being a Leicester player

Do we expect him as a contract extension in the coming weeks
then? From what LD said I’d think so but do not know if his
contract is coming up.

I expect they are leaving him as the last one to be announced as
a bit of drama and showmanship!
I don't mind how they do it, as long as it happens!!!

Drama and showmanship at the end of the season.
Sorry, I missed the news that Mark Evans was returning to take
over the new joint role of Head of Rugby, DoR and CEO - and to
announce that the Premiership will be ring-fenced immediately
after Quins 2021/22 season ticket renewal date has ended on 1st
June.

We seem to get one of these "French club interested in key
player and think they have almost got him" stories every season.
I imagine that touting around French clubs is a standard tactic
by agents wanting to raise the value of their players.
